$153,120 - $196,750
Role Overview
The Agent Infra team builds the infrastructure that runs autonomous AI agents at Roblox for millions of creators building experiences on the platform, and for thousands of Roblox engineers shipping production code every day.
Agent workloads run for hours instead of milliseconds, are non-deterministic, execute code nobody wrote, and need real credentials against real systems. Making that safe, durable, and cost-effective at Roblox’s scale is the core problem the team solves. As an early member of the Agent Infra team, you will work on systems already serving real users at scale.
Responsibilities
- Build and shape the platform that runs Roblox’s agents across internal and external products at massive scale.
- Work on agentic infrastructure, ensuring optimal, secure, and scalable systems while keeping pace with advances in the industry.
- Continually learn and adjust understanding of the systems being built and capabilities of AI agents.
- Experiment and share agentic workflows, helping shape the future of work at Roblox.
Qualifications
- Early in your career: 1-3 years of professional experience, with strong CS fundamentals and an interest in learning infrastructure, distributed, and agentic systems.
- Experience building projects, internships, or open-source work.
- Experience with AI agents (building with them and troubleshooting).
- Comfortable writing code in Go, Python, Rust, or similar languages, and quick to learn new tools.
- Fast learner who asks good questions, investigates unknowns, and operates proactively.
Work Arrangement
- Roles based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday.
Benefits
All full-time employees are eligible for equity compensation and comprehensive benefits.
