Our healthcare agents reach over 50% of U.S. families, partnering with health plans, providers, and healthcare platforms to deliver AI agents that handle sensitive, high-stakes conversations. We are transforming how patients and policyholders interact with the healthcare system across benefits, billing, scheduling, and intake.

What You'll Do

• Design and deliver production-grade AI agents for healthcare: Build and ship performant, reliable, and empathetic AI agents handling patient and member interactions while maintaining strict HIPAA compliance.
• Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC): Own initial pilot through deployment and continuous iteration, tuning and evolving AI agents in production environments.
• Partner with healthcare leaders: Work directly with executives and technical teams at health plans, provider networks, and healthcare technology companies to solve operational challenges.
• Navigate healthcare complexity: Develop deep expertise across EHR and patient access platforms, payer/provider operations, and healthcare interoperability standards.
• Build the future of the platform: Surface unmet needs, prototype new tools and features, and collaborate across research, product, and platform teams.

• Build AI agents for major health insurance networks handling co-pay and coverage questions.
• Develop voice and chat agents for healthcare providers to find in-network specialists and schedule visits.

• Experience in healthcare technology, health IT, or working with healthcare organizations.
• Familiarity with healthcare systems (EHRs like Epic, Cerner/Oracle Health, athenahealth; X12 EDI transactions).
• Understanding of healthcare compliance requirements (HIPAA, PHI, data privacy).
• Experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production.
• Experience as a founder or founding engineer.
• Familiarity with AI agent tooling: eval frameworks, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.
• Prior experience with React, TypeScript, and/or Go.
• Experience interfacing with customers or leading technical projects with external stakeholders.
