The Opportunity

We’re a lean and experienced team of 11 engineers looking to add 1–2 strong engineers.

You'll work across the stack, from customer-facing applications and developer experiences to the APIs and systems that power them. You'll partner closely with customers to understand their needs, move quickly from idea to implementation, and build solutions that make complex financial infrastructure feel simple.

Responsibilities

• Own problems end-to-end: talk to customers, shape product decisions, and build polished, reliable software.
• Influence what we build, how customers interact with Column, and the technical direction of a platform processing billions of dollars per day.
• Travel regularly throughout the United States (50%+ travel), often embedded on-site with customers for 2–4 weeks at a time.

Location & Travel Requirements

• Based in our San Francisco office in the Presidio.
• Regular travel throughout the United States, expected to be on the road 50%+ of the time, embedded on-site for 2–4 weeks at a time.
