Senior Product Manager - Cloud Infrastructure

Role

Okta seeks a Senior Product Manager to drive strategy for cloud infrastructure revenue streams, including Enhanced Disaster Recovery, Private Cloud, DynamicScale, and cloud service provider posture. The role focuses on resilient, scalable infrastructure supporting large-scale enterprise products.

Locations and Work Arrangement

• Hybrid role.
• Listed locations: Bellevue, WA; Chicago, IL; New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA; and Washington, DC.
• Onboarding includes an immersive, in-person experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute cloud infrastructure product business cases and strategy aligned with business goals, industry trends, and market context.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing to launch infrastructure products and services and drive adoption.
• Develop pricing strategies and models for infrastructure products and services.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to inform innovation, product decisions, and prioritization.
• Serve as the team's resiliency and scale subject-matter expert, representing Okta's Trust Foundation strategy in customer escalations, executive briefings, and enterprise prospect evaluations.

Qualifications

• 5 years of technology product management experience, preferably focused on platform product development or cloud infrastructure products and services.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies and platforms, including AWS and GCP.
• Ability to develop actionable plans from incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs.
• Track record of owning and delivering strategic projects while balancing the big picture with detailed execution.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, sales, and marketing to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiasm for Okta's growth opportunity and a desire to learn across business and technical contexts.
• Must be a US Person.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering cloud SaaS business models and infrastructure products.
• Experience in consulting, venture capital, or business strategy and/or an MBA.
• Advanced degree in a technical or business field.

Compensation and Benefits

• San Francisco Bay Area annual base salary: $189,000–$260,000 USD.
• California outside the Bay Area, Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington annual base salary: $169,000–$232,000 USD.
• Actual base salary depends on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
• Equity where applicable, bonus, health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave, including PTO and parental leave, subject to applicable plans and policies.
