What You’ll Do

• Build Sierra’s enterprise platform capabilities: Design and build foundational systems enabling Sierra to serve demanding enterprises, including identity, access management, integration points, and extensibility.
• Scale with our largest customers: Ensure Sierra's platform scales across organizations, regions, and use cases with strict security requirements, reliability, and performance.
• Form the foundation of trust: Help set and uphold high bars for security, compliance readiness, reliability, and operational excellence across the platform.

What You’ll Bring

• 4+ years of hands-on experience building production products and systems.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Experience building enterprise features such as SSO, RBAC, IAM, audit logs, or compliance-adjacent systems.
• Experience with integrations, APIs, and complex customer environments.
• Backend-leaning full-stack experience building enterprise SaaS applications.
• Security-adjacent experience (e.g., auth, permissions, data isolation, threat modeling).
• Experience building AI-powered products or platforms.
