- Tokenization: Infrastructure connecting traditional markets with on-chain issuance, custody, and settlement to enable public and private equity trading 24/7 on decentralized exchanges.
- Robinhood Chain: Decentralized infrastructure, specialized smart contracts, and services supporting trading of real-world assets and other teams' DeFi needs.

- Develop product features and platform enhancements meeting strict correctness and scalability standards.
- Improve system performance, engineering productivity, and risk reduction.
- Collaborate with product, compliance, client, and platform teams, as well as external partners.
Qualifications
- At least two years of software development experience.
- Backend development expertise using languages such as Go, Python, or Java, with a solid grasp of cloud-native architectures.
- Strong understanding of system design, data modeling, and software engineering fundamentals.
- Care for correctness-critical systems, including idempotency, reconciliation, and failure-mode reasoning when customer funds are involved.
- Strong ownership and a track record of delivering high-quality projects end to end in cross-functional environments while raising team-wide technical standards.
- Ability to simplify complex problems, make sound tradeoffs, and align diverse stakeholders.
