About the Role

We're looking for an exceptional Data Solutions & Analytics Senior Analyst to help shape the future of our core platforms, products, and customer experiences. You will take on a highly influential role shaping vision and execution across key strategic initiatives, partnering with cross-functional leaders, guiding complex projects from concept to completion, and mentoring others.

This role is based in Westlake, TX, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. Telecommuting is permitted.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Operations, Compliance, Product, and Engineering to understand business challenges and deliver impactful, data-driven solutions.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python, Spark, and Airflow to automate critical processes, such as key risk indicators, detective controls, risk alerts, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Develop solutions that leverage Generative AI and large language models (LLMs) to streamline and optimize processes, driving innovation in operational workflows.
• Develop meaningful, user-friendly dashboards to monitor the health of products, systems, and business processes.
• Transform complex data into clear and insightful visualizations to inform partners and drive decision making.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover actionable insights and inform data-driven strategies for mitigating risks and optimizing operational efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Management, Electronic Engineering, or related field.
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or related occupation.
• Demonstrated experience in:

- Building and maintaining scalable data pipelines using Python, Spark, and Airflow.
- Writing complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets.
- Performing exploratory data analysis and applying statistical analysis techniques to identify patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights.
- Developing dashboards and visualizations to monitor product, system, and business process health.
- Translating complex datasets into clear, actionable visual outputs for ongoing monitoring.
- Developing automated solutions to optimize operational and compliance workflows.
- Applying large language models (LLMs) and Generative AI to automate and streamline processes.
