Senior Operations Manager, Infrastructure

About the Role

We’re looking for a builder to solve operational problems with code, data, and product intuition. Sits at the intersection of product, data, and implementation, this role helps automate and scale manual healthcare operations workflows (claim submissions, payment posting, etc.) using SQL, APIs, scripts, and LLMs.

You will design, test, and operationalize automation across our stack, working hands-on with Product, Engineering, and customers to map and rebuild workflows into scalable systems.

*This full-time position requires working 5 days a week in our Mountain View, CA office.*

Responsibilities

• Own high-impact processes: Take full ownership of key verticals or client workflows from discovery to deployment, ensuring repeatability and measurable impact.
• Design and automate workflows: Use SQL, APIs, scripts, and emerging tools (including LLMs) to automate manual claim-related workflows and improve scalability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Account Management to influence roadmap priorities and scale successful solutions.
• Analyze and optimize: Build dashboards and reporting pipelines to monitor productivity, quality, and financial outcomes; identify bottlenecks and automate fixes.

Qualifications

Required

• 3+ years of experience in operations, consulting, or data-heavy roles at a tech company or fast-paced startup.
• Strong SQL fluency—comfortable querying, analyzing, and structuring data to drive insights and automation.
• Excellent problem-solving and systems-thinking skills; able to diagnose root causes and design scalable solutions.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects end-to-end, working autonomously in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.

Preferred / Bonus

• Experience in healthcare operations, claims, or billing systems.
• Experience building or integrating workflows via APIs, Python, or web automation tools (custom scripts, etc.).
• Experience building with LLMs, SQL apps, or data pipelines.
