Senior Systems Engineer

What you'll be doing

• Design and develop solutions to applications, system administration, or network issues.
• Design, develop, and test product features that meet business and technical requirements of NetSuite ERP modules and workflows.
• Work with Scrum Master, Product Owners, and other company stakeholders to understand business requirements, policies, and procedures.
• Full lifecycle implementation of core and Advanced NetSuite modules.
• Triage and correct performance and/or data integrity concerns by reviewing and evaluating code, data patches, system logs, and process/memory/disk consumption utilization.
• Design for scale and reliability.
• Engage in problem solving, including external and internal customer problems.

You are required to have

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field with 2 years of experience in the position, as a Senior Systems Engineer, Software Developer Analyst, or a related occupation; OR Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in the same fields and 5 years of progressive experience in the position, as a Senior Systems Engineer, Software Developer Analyst or a related occupation.
• Must have at least 2 years of prior work experience in the following:

- NetSuite ERP (Administration and Development) with NetSuite GL, Fixed Assets, OM, AR, Purchasing & AP.
- Developing and managing NetSuite workflows, custom records, fields, forms, and advanced PDFs, Saved Searches, Advanced Reporting, SuiteAnalytics, custom reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
- Designing, developing, and testing NetSuite ERP applications, customizing NetSuite ERP modules, and developing NetSuite ERP Workflows to fit business requirements.
- Analyzing business requirements, identifying problems, proposing and developing technical solutions, gathering detailed needs from stakeholders, and supporting ongoing enhancements.
- Implementing, enhancing, and integrating NetSuite with global platforms and third-party applications, including Concur, Certa, FxLoader, Tungsten, and similar enterprise systems.
- SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk (REST & SOAP), Suitelets, RESTlets, SQL, MySQL, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, JavaScript, SDF, ODBC, Git/GitHub, Postman, JIRA, Confluence, Visual Studio, and DBeaver.
